Technological performance

It is made from the incombustible ABS plastic material with enforced mechanical firmness
• Safety valves
They are used in order to protect the battery from the dangerous increase of the inner pressure of the
electrolytic gases in case of the irregular charging. After the release of the gases the valves close themselves
automatically. The valves are made from ABS stopple on which a highly electrolyte and time resistant rubber
is put on.
• Separators
They are made of special mycron fibres, formed into the layers of great porosity. Such performance has a
blotting-paper likeness, absorbing the electrolyte into its structure completely, so that there is no presence of
the freely circulating electrolyte at all. A tight fit of the separators to the electrodes prevents the falling-off of
the active material and thus contributes to the long lifetime of the batteries. The revolutionary innovation of
this battery family, which is enabled by the separator, is its contribution at the local recombination of the
charging gases.

Important notice

Please pay attention to an adequate charging while planning, connecting, mounting and operating these batteries.
A deep discharge can cause damages on the battery which are not reparable. Please also note that while charging
with powerful charging devices, the charge current and charge time has to be adjusted considering the battery
cannot be overheated.
Damages caused by deep discharge or overloading will expire the warranty!
Don’t use these batteries as a starter battery if you drive your car mostly in short-run operation. Your alternator
cannot guarantee an adequate charging on that kind of operation.
If you want to mount a booster battery, make sure it is the same type as the starter battery.
For example: Starter battery type: GZBP 12.2500 -> Booster battery type: GZBP 12.2500
This will allow an equal charging of both batteries by your alternator.
