The M1-12D2 is a remarkable 12" model that can play low and loud in extremely small vented enclosures starting from 45 L to 60 L designed specifically for vehicles that can not fit a larger 15" subwoofer or a huge enclosure for a normal 12" like sedans narrow trunks.

The aim of M1 subwoofer series design was simple.To be the best True 1000 Watt RMS subwoofer you can buy today without sacrificing high quality parts or assembly detail.The M1 does everything a great subwoofer should do and does it honestly and reliable.The goals were High Power Handling,Low Distortion,Low Power Compression producing clean bass and high SPL levels.So we have used the most effective methods to reach the target.

Starting from the Cone we have used the highest strength Kevlar Reinforced Pressed Paper available,attached with Double Stitches on Tall and Thin Ultra Flexible Surround,joining forces with the 6" Hard Polypropylene Dustcap fixed in the center of the Cone adding rigidity to the structure and providing extended cone area,allowing for low distortion levels produced from high SPL.You are sure the cone will stay in place and will not detach from the Surround even at the limits of excursion and will not brake unexpectedly.Also the extended cone area will make your subwoofer play as a real 15" and not as a common 15" with 12" Cone because of Fat Surround limiting Cone area.That means more SPL out of the same diameter Basket.Our 15" has over 100cm² more cone area compared with traditional Fat Surround Subwoofers.

Cone is glued with strongest Epoxy adhesives withstanding over 250F° on our extended height Aluminum Voice Coil Former helping with heat dissipation.The Voice Coil is further enhanced in the part of heat dissipation using Vents on the former to suck cool air in and circulate through our 4 Way Air Circulation System.The Coper Clad Aluminum Wire wire helps keep the Voice Coil mass relatively low while at the same time offers high conductivity and low resistance.The 4 Layer CCAW Voice Coil with 38mm winding height,can withstand for extended period of time amplifiers producing 1000 Watt RMS with no risk.

All the Cone assembly is supported by our wide 8" diameter Black Nomex Linear Spider allowing for huge Xmax and controlling the cone at each and every stroke before the subwoofer runs out of magnetic power.Double round Lead Wires stitched on spider ensure long lasting performance and low current loss from the amplifier to the Voice Coil without hitting the Cone during heavy bass notes.The amplifier cable is secured in our wide diameter hole Chrome Terminals accepting large cable crossectional areas up to 8AWG or 10mm².Now you can connect in parallel both Voice Coils easy running thick wire from one pair of Terminals to the other.All this in the convenient form of Push Terminals.No more small holes or time consuming screw fitted Terminals that eventually break or melt under screwing.

All this could not be complete without our remarkable Motor!Our 420Oz heavy Motor Structure is comprised of Double 190mm wide and 20mm thick Magnets of extraordinary strength sandwiched between high purity Stainless Steel Metal Plates.The 20mm thick Top Plate keeps the long Voice Coil Wire into magnetic gap meaning more Xmax with less distortion.The 15mm thick T-Plate with its multiple Vents system helps circulate cold air around the hot Voice Coil while keeps the BL high for higher SPL numbers.The multiple Vents are drilled around the Voice Coil diameter,sending the cold air directly into the Voice Coil wire and the center large Vent running through the core helps to circulate the air around the Motor structure.Also cool air is sucked in from large Vents around the 12 spoke Black Aluminum Basket travelling through the former own Vents and then hot air blast out from the bottom T-Plate Vents in each stroke of the Voice Coil and vice versa.This is what we mean Low Power Compression.Less heat equals more SPL!
